Scholarships

Dispersing substantial funds annually, the AJA is one of the largest grant making organisations directly supporting Jewish students in the UK.

Advice and assistance with the completion of the forms is available by contacting us.

In 2007, the AJA took over the administration of applications for financial assistance from the Stuart Young Foundation.

Applications for the academic year 2009-10 are now closed.
Applications for the academic year 20010-11 opened on 5 January 2010.

Amongst others, we also work with Finnart, an educational charity supporting Jewish undergraduates in financial need at Universities in the UK. Information about how to apply to Finnart is available on their website.

Please note that it is possible to submit separate applications to the AJA, the Stuart Young Foundation and Finnart. There are separate application forms for each. Please email us for advice about the scholarships and assistance with the completion of the application forms. The applicaiton must arrive by 30 April at the latest.
